What is KW Answers?
KW Answers is Keller Williams' official help center. It is the searchable knowledge base Keller Williams Realty International maintains for Command, the Command app, KW agent and team sites, and the rest of the KW technology and resource stack. Every KW Southwest agent has access to it, and you do not need to log in to read the articles.
Each article walks through one task with numbered steps, screenshots, and short animated clips, so it is the fastest way to answer a “how do I…” question between market center classes.
What you’ll find there
- Command: contacts and SmartPlans, Opportunities, offers, deductions and commissions, KW Agent & Team Sites, landing pages, social posts and paid ads, email designs, Command Email, Twilio calling and texting, Lone Wolf Transact: Command Edition, document compliance, and Command settings.
- Command App: the mobile app, notifications, and working your contacts from your phone.
- Command Team Functionality: team accounts, lead routing, and moving to a team Command account.
- KW Resources: Keller Williams University, Family Reunion, and the KW Marketing Bar.
- KW Marketplace: third-party tools that plug into Command.
- KW Communities: the member platform and community programs.
- Release Notes: what changed in each Command release, by year.
How to use it
- Go to answers.kw.com.
- Type what you are trying to do into the search bar, for example “edit marketing profile,” “lead routing,” or “connect Facebook.”
- Open the article and follow the numbered steps. Most include a screenshot or a short clip for each one.
