Monthly Mandatory Risk Management with Marilyn – July 16th at 10AM

Marilyn will go over the new documents and procedures with you to comply with the NAR Settlement.
Make sure you are prepared for the changes.
You must attend Marilyn’s Risk Management Classes and not training from other organizations.

These documents were available Monday June 24th and be mandatory August 17th.
You will start seeing placeholders in the Command Opportunities Documents for these documents as I work through getting them on with right descriptions.

Both document providers DocuSign and Dotloop has acknowledged they will have the documents ready once they are available. Once they get the documents, they still have to go through them and map out fields for filling it out and signatures.

Again, Marilyn’s Risk Management Classes are Mandatory and not attending these classes, your E&O Insurance may not cover you.
