Keller Williams (KW) Southwest Announces 2018 Agents Leadership Council (ALC)

The KW Southwest Sugar Land Market Center is excited to announce the KW Southwest Agent Leadership Council (ALC) for 2018 and the agents selected. Those agents are Kimbra Valachovic, Liz Guevara-Backman, Ross McEathron, Ladonna Parker, Angelia McDaniel, Mark Burgess, Verna Koleosho-Johnson and Wanda Pearson.
The Agent Leadership Council is comprised of the top 20 percent of the Keller Williams agent body in the Market Centers. The purpose of the Agent Leadership Council is to guarantee associates a vehicle for giving direct input to the operation of Keller Williams.

This dynamic ‘board of directors’ is actively involved in the leadership decisions that make the office more productive and profitable. Their roles are to inspire, motivate, participate, and listen. By having input from these associates, each office can tailor their strategies to thrive in all stages of the market.
A covenant agreement of ALC responsibilities is entered into by all ALC members with their Market Center peers. Invitations to the exclusive KW ALC are extremely limited, based on high sales volume and other criteria.

The ALC is actively involved in the leadership of the company, holding ownership and management accountable to live within the budget and participates in attaining the goals of the Market Center—production, drive profit, education and standards and principles.

Another role of the ALC is to be of assistance to associates in the office. New agents have lots of questions and who better to answer them than the agents who have been there and know how to handle certain situations. Also, since these ALC members are active in selling real estate, they are available to be shadowed by agents who want to see how a successful agent goes about earning business.
